Do you return products?

We understand that sometimes you change your mind after you placed you order and we're happy to return any unopened products within 14 days of delivery.  

 

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Currently we are focused on providing Canadian growers with the best possible customer service, so we do not offer international shipping. Some items are easier to ship than others, so feel free to send us a message if there's something you really want, and we will do our best to accommadate special orders. 

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

It can vary by product, but we are working around the clock to make sure your orders are processed as quickly as possible. 

 

Are your prices in Canadian or American?

All of our products are priced for the Canadian market and are displayed in CAD. Some browsers may cause the currencies to display in American, or another currency. You can change the displayed currency at anytime using the dropdown menu near the top left of your browser.

 

Do you special order products that aren't on your site?

We have a number of trusted suppliers and manufacturers, so if there is something that you need that you can't find on the site, don't hesitate to drop us a line. We would love to work with you to find exactly what you need! 

 

Do you provide discreet shipping? 

All of our products are shipping in very plain, discreet boxes. There is no logo or branding on any of our packaging.
