How To Make: Cannabis Pancakes
Prep Time: 5 Minutes  Cook Time: 10 Minutes Total Time: 15 Minutes

Cannabis Pancake Ingredients & Tools:

  • 1 and a half cups of all purpose flour

  • 3 and a half teaspoons of baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 1 and a quarter cup milk

  • 1 egg

  • 3 tablespoons of melted butter

  • 1 ounce of ground cannabis

  • 25 ounces of cooking oil

  • Saucepan

  • Cheesecloth

  • Storage container

Let's Make The Canna-Oil:

  • Boil all your oil into the saucepan, on LOW heat. Be sure it DOES NOT boil.

  • When the oil is hot, drop your cannabis into the saucepan.

  • Keep stirring frequently for 2 hours.

  • Take off the stove.

  • Pour the oil and cannabis through your cheesecloth, into your storage container. Squeeze remaining oil out of cheesecloth.

  • Place in fridge for storage.

Cooking Instructions:

 Step 1:

  • In a large bowl, sift your flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.

  • Pour in your milk, eggs and melted "infused" butter.

Step 2:

  • Stir until smooth.

Step 3:

  • Heat your frying pan over a medium heat stove top.

  • Pour in your desired amount of canna-oil into your pan.

Step 4:

  • Pour or scoop your pancake batter onto the pan.

  • Cook your pancakes on medium heat until you see bubbles.

Step 5:

  • Flip your pancake, let the other side cook for 1 - 2 minutes.

  • Once brown, remove the pan from the pan with a spatula.

Step 6:

  • Apply maple syrup, serve and enjoy!

 

You have now successfully made your first batch of canna-pancakes!
